Please note that all props are on rental basis. All rented props remained the property of Jcraftyourevents at all times

All collections & returns have to be done at: Ark@Gambas, 7 Gambas Crescent, #05-08 Singapore 757087.We are not able to accommodate other collection/return address.

Collection & Return must be on Weekdays, excluding Public Holiday between 10 to 12 noon & 2 to 4pm only .Do note that our warehouse is not open on weekend

Please note that the rental period is for 4 days. For example, if you event is on Saturday, you can pick up on Thursday and Return on Monday. Alternatively, you can pick up on Friday and return on Tuesday. Should the items be returned after the rental period, customer will be charged a full day’s rental for each additional day (to be deducted from deposit), unless otherwise agreed upon with Jcraftyourevents. [Additional Full day rental is calculated as 25% of Invoice Subtotal ]

Customer is to inspect all the rented props upon collection to ensure that there is no defect to any of the props. For items with wear and tear, it will be highlighted during the collection.

Please handle the props with care, Jcraftyourevents accepts no responsibility for injury and damaged caused resulting from the use of our items.

Delivery can be arranged at SGD40 per way ; SGD 75 for two ways. Additional charges apply for bulky items.

Upon confirmation, full rental payment must be made. Refundable Deposit will only be collected on the collection day itself (Cash or PayNow only)

Full rental payment must be made to confirm the reservation within 10 days of invoice issuance. After 10 days, Jcraftyourevents will release the props for other potential booking. 

Please note that an additional deposit by Cash/PayNow/PayLah!/GooglePay is required for the rental on collection day. The deposit will be return upon return of items in its original conditions\

Cancellation policy:  Full refund for cancellations One month in advance. 50% refund for cancellations Two weeks in advance . No refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance
