DIY WELCOME AREA

(SELF COLLECTION & RETURN)

Please note that all props are on rental basis.

All collections & returns at:

​

Ark@Gambas, 7 Gambas Crescent, #05-08 Singapore 757087. 

We are not able to accommodate other collection/return address.

 

Collection & Return must be on Weekdays, excluding Public Holiday between

10 to 12 noon or 2 to 4pm

​

Do note that our warehouse is not open on weekends & public holiday

​

For example, if you event is on Saturday, you will pick up on Thursday and Return on Monday.

Alternatively, you can pick up on Friday and return on Tuesday

 

Please note that the rental period for Bundle Rental is for 3 days, excluding weekends

 

Additional SGD 150 nett refundable deposit is required for the welcome area bundle rental on collection day.

​

Full rental payment must be made to confirm the reservation, otherwise we will release the bundle for others 

​

Cancellation policy:

​

100% refund for cancellations 1 month in advance,

50% refund for cancellations 2 weeks in advance

and no refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance.

​
