All collections & returns at: Ark@Gambas, 7 Gambas Crescent, #05-07 Singapore 757087.
We are not able to accommodate other collection/return address.
Collection & Return must be on Weekdays, excluding Public Holiday between
9.30am to 12 noon or 2.30 to 4.30 pm
​We are not open on weekends & public holiday​​
Additional SGD 150 nett refundable deposit is required for the welcome area bundle rental on collection day.
​
Full rental payment must be made to confirm the reservation, otherwise we will release the bundle for others
​
Cancellation policy:
​
100% refund for cancellations 1 month in advance,
50% refund for cancellations 2 weeks in advance
and no refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance.
