We will get back to you within 3 working days on the props  availability. 

Please avoid sending multiple entries.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please note that all props are on rental basis. 

2. Please note that an additional deposit is required for the rental on collection day. The deposit will be returned upon return of items in its original conditions. 

3. Please note that the rental period is for 4 days. Should the items be returned after the rental period, customer will be charged a full day’s rental for each additional day (to be deducted from deposit), unless otherwise agreed upon with Jcraftyourevents. [ Full day rental is 25% of Invoice Subtotal ] 

4. All collections and returns: 7 Gambas Crescent, #05-08 Singapore 757087 Building Name: Ark at Gambas We are not able to accommodate other collection/return address. 

5. Delivery can be arranged at SG 45per way ; SGD 80 for two ways. For bigger items, the the delivery costs will be higher. All delivery are subjected to availability. 

6. All rented props remained the property of Jcraftyourevents at all times. 

7. Customer is to inspect all the rented props upon collection to ensure that there is no defect to any of the props rented and acknowledge via signature the condition of the items. 

8. For items with wear and tear, it will be highlighted during the collection. 

9. Please handle the props with care, Jcraftyourevents accepts no responsibility for injury and damaged caused resulting from the use of our items. 

10. Upon confirmation, full payment must be made through internet banking transfer/PayNow to PayLah! We do not accept credit card payment.

11.Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations 1 month in advance 50% refund for cancellations 2 weeks in advance No refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance.
