Before you decide to proceed with us, please read our terms and conditions carefully

Please indicate the props and your event date and we will get back to you on the collection & return date

Confirmation

We will get back to you within 3 working days on the props availability.

Please avoid sending multiple entries.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that all props are strictly on a rental basis.

Security Deposit

An additional refundable security deposit is required upon collection. The deposit will be returned once all items are returned in their original condition.

Rental Period

The standard rental period is 4 days.

Items returned beyond the rental period will incur an additional charge equivalent to a full day’s rental for each extra day, unless otherwise agreed upon by Jcraftyourevents.

Full day rental charge: 25% of invoice subtotal per additional day.

Collection & Return Hours

Weekdays only (excluding Public Holidays):

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Delivery Services

Delivery can be arranged at:

SGD 45 per trip (one-way)
SGD 80 for two-way delivery

For bulkier items, additional delivery charges may apply.

All delivery services are subject to availability.

Condition of Rental Items

All rented items remain the property of Jcraftyourevents at all times.

Customers are required to inspect all rental items upon collection and acknowledge the condition of the items prior to taking them.

Any existing wear and tear will be highlighted during collection.

Please handle all rental items with care. We will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our rental items.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon confirmation via PayNow to our UEN number.

For credit card payments, an additional 3% processing fee applies.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 1 month in advance
50% refund for cancellations made at least 2 weeks in advance
No refund for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event date
