TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.Delivery / Setup & Teardown is included for the above package
2.Please note that all props are strictly on rental basis and will be collected at the end of the duration
3.Design Selections from Website only: To be confirmed 2 months before the wedding date.
4. Pre-setup: At least 2 hours prior to the start of reception at the Event Venue, unless otherwise advised. Please Ensure that we are able to access the setup venue at the requested timing, any delay will request in delay of completion which Jcraftyourevents cannot be held responsible.
5.Please handle the props with care, Jcraftyourevents accepts no responsibility for injury & damaged caused resulting from the use of our items
6.Change of wedding date is subject to availability. Please be advised that the package is not transferable and any cancellation will result in the deposit being forfeited.
7.Advance notice of 2 weeks are required for cancellation, otherwise, full payment is required for cancellation less than14 days to the event date.
8.Flowers used setups are artificial flowers, unless otherwise advised. Please do not shift the setups without notice.
9. In the event that your setup requires photo display, we will provide printing of up to 10 photos, in 4R only. Additional Printing costs will be charged at 0.60 per piece. For the photo gallery, we will provide printing of up to 20 photos in 4R or up to 12 foam boards based on your selected design. All photos will be returned to you after the event.
10. For all table arrangements (reception/ photo table and solemnisation table), please note that the maximum size is capped at 2.5m by 80cm
11. Chair Signage used for Solemnisation should remain in the solemnisation venue. Please inform the venue not to shift the signage as they have to be handled with care
12. Any additional adds-on must be confirmed 2 months before the wedding date to ensure sufficient preparation time, subject to team availability.
13. Duration of Display: Till 3pm for Lunch or 10.00pm for Dinner. Please note that any extensions will result in a surcharge Calculation @ 50 nett per hour
