Our blooms are are protected with UV protectant spray for added safeguarding against harsh light.

To clean away dirt or dust, we recommend blowing with hairdryer or dusting it off with handy duster.

For stains, gently clean it away with make up remover.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to restricted zones:

Hospitals, Jurong Island, Tuas, Changi Airport, Army Camps, and offshore islands 

Please kindly ensure that the recipient are at home to receive the arrangement during the delivery period. 

Please note that we are unable to deliver at a specific time for our usual standard delivery , however do reach out to us to arrangement for special delivery timing ( additional cost applies)

All our arrangements are carefully handcrafted, and while we may not be able to replicate an arrangement 100% exactly, the overall design and aesthetic will remain true to the original.

As we continuously source premium faux florals to enhance our creations, certain flowers may occasionally be replaced to elevate the final look. In the event that specific florals are out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute them with suitable alternatives. Rest assured, the overall style, color palette, and visual appeal of the arrangement will not be affected.
